Shri Pankaj Gupta has joined as Chief Vigilance Officer of Directorate of Ordnance (Coordination & Services) with effect from 1st November 2023 under Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. He is B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and Post Graduate in Computer Science & Technology from IIT Roorkee (erstwhile University of Roorkee). He has also done MBA in Marketing Management.
He is an Indian Telecommunication Officer of 1994 Batch and has gained vast and diverse experience in various domains of Telecom Management, Administration, Personnel and Vigilance. He has served in the state of Maharastra, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh mostly at position of Telecom Business Area Head and District Head.
Shri Pankaj Gupta has also worked on deputation as Director of Vigilance (DoV) in South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) under Delhi Government.
He is also Chief Vigilance Officer of DPSUs namely AWEIL, IOL, GIL & TCL.
