  1. Opening of RFI, Ishapore curated museum for general public from 15th August 2022 onwards Monday to Friday excluding public holiday between 02:00PM to 04:00PM

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas -National Unity Day on 31.10.2021

  • Garlanding of photo of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India and pledge taken on Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.
  • Activities like reading out of fundamental duties contained in constitution of India, essay and slogan writing competitions were organised.
  • Tree plantation was also organised.

Swachhata Pakhwada 1st Dec to 15th Dec 2021

  • Oath Taking ceremony and March Past in the complex for spreading the awareness about cleanliness.
  • Display of posters and Banners for spreading the awareness about Cleanliness among the employees, their families and common/public places.
  • Cleanliness Drive in the public places like shopping complex, children parks, Township.
  • Plogging like activities (Pickling of Single Use Plastic during logging) and collection of plastic waste.
  • Weeding out of old files and offices equipment.
  • Seminar and essay competition on importance of cleanliness in daily life and making plastic free.

Public Exhibition 13th Dec to 19th Dec 2021

AWEIL organised exhibitions from 13th Dec 2021 to 19th Dec 2021 at five locations showcasing the product profile of its units as part of the celebrations under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, to showcase the success of AWEIL units in development of state of art technology, new products and facilities.

AWEIL organised exhibition at different locations:

  1. Kanpur: Armapur Estate.
  2. Jabalpur: Senior Club Gun and Carriage Factory.
  3. Korwa–Ordnance Factory Project Korwa
  4. Trichy -Senior Staff Club, OFT Estate.
  5. Kolkata GSF Cossipore.

A curated Arms museum of vintage weapons was also be showcased at Rifle Factory Ishapore, Kolkata.
